Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are prepared or shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
